Best Iron for issues with constipation!
This is the best Iron I have ever purchased. It does not upset my stomach, and does not cause constipation for me. I know it works bc my blood work has been perfect ever since I started taking it. I only take it a couple times a week and that was enough to get me out of the anemic group. My doctor wanted me to take very high doses and I could not due to constipation, this solved that issue.

Easy swallow pills
Good product. Love that it is organic and all natural. It has no smell and The pills are small so very easy to swallow.

Fine enough for pill swallowing
This seems fine enough however had to remove from capsules and flavor unbearable as daughter can’t swallow pills and putting on a food to get down was challenging however I couldn’t justify tossing. Learned and now found gummies
