First one arrived damaged, a bit of a pain trying to return but got there in the end. Good quality parcel and letter box

I’m very pleased to have installed the SmartParcelBox on the front wall of our house. It’s functional, practical, and looks smart, a great addition to our home. During installation, I noticed that the fixing bolts provided only align with the pre-drilled holes on the lower half of the box. Once those were secured and the bottom half was tight against the wall, I found that the top half flexed more than I would have liked. Not entirely unexpected, but a little disappointing. The simple fix was to drill an additional hole through the top centre of the rear panel (from the inside) and into the wall. Inserting a 6mm x 60mm hammer fixing resolved the issue perfectly, the entire ParcelBox is now solidly mounted. All in all, a great product, and I’m very happy with the result! It doesn’t say in any documentation, but the fixing holes for my ‘Extra Large Parcel Box - Slanted Top’ need a 10mm drill bit, nothing less or more.

Nice looking but the fixings were a pain to use. The box is pretty big and I bought it because of missed deliveries, or worse, delivery drivers leaving parcels insecurely by my front door. I didn’t want something this large stuck to tye front of my house though, so positioned it to the side of my garage, out of the view of prying eyes. The only issue now is getting the delivery drivers to use it! Our postman has used it but says that head office advises them not to! Amazon drivers and other couriers never leave parcels in it even though I always add the box to the delivery instructions. I suppose it’s quicker for them to leave things by the door and means they can keep up with their targets. I can’t blame them really. The lock isn’t great and I find the key very awkward to use.

This has been a great purchase. The location of the screw holes makes it easy to install. The top opening has proved to be large enough to take most packages, and as a result our deliveries and mail remain dry and safe on rainy days. It also looks very smart. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not cheap but sturdy, well made and rather heavy. I suspect it will last well. Almost two months on from buying it, no regrets - it seems pretty weather proof and I suspect will last for many years.

It arrived very quickly (a week earlier than expected) It is of a solid construction and looks well suited for the job. The item was secure and well packaged. I have just fitted it and the securing fasteners supplied require 10mm holes drilling ,these I pilot drilled 8mm first ,the fitting took about 20 minutes from start to finish.

Good parcel box, does the job, but only one key is included.

The box came with basic fixing bolts/anchors but needs at least two more. The door is not very secure either and can be ‘popped’ open pretty easily. The door needs multi point locking / securing. Unfortunately, despite installing this recently, it is now leaking water as well. Also, marking it as a parcel drop is a clear invite to those who have bad intent. Would I buy another? Sorry, but the answer is an emphatic no.

Optisch schick, hilfreich und gute Handhabung. Eine der wenigen Kästen die auch Angeboten werden zum an die Wand schrauben. Für mich wichtig da der Boden schräg ist. Es muss aber unbedingt darauf geachtet werden, daß die Wand gerade ist. sonst verzieht sich die Spaltmasse an der Tür. Die mitgelieferten Anker Dübel nur bei Beton nutzen! Bei Ziegelmauerwerk sollten es normale 8. Dübel sein. Fazit absolut Hilfreich, ich will es nicht mehr missen . P.S.: die SMART Funktion wurde noch nie von einem Zusteller genutzt.

serrure présentant une dureté dans l'introduction de la clef, sinon bon produit. A voir dans le temps. Sécurité car impossible de récupérer les paquets ou lettres sans ouvrir avec la clef

Das Produkt ist recht praktisch. Wenn es das in etwas größer gäbe, wäre es perfekt.
