So I'm not surprised that the fit isn't perfect. I had to drill a couple of holes. They lined up half-a**ed so I had to drill. Not a big deal to me but some might not like that. The fit on an 06 Silverado 1500 with factory fender flares is not bad. I can't say how they hold up long term but short term they aren't obthered with onroad stuff. Haven't gone offroad. I just wanted some flaps to cut down on the spray the wheels cause during rain driving. I'm spewing much less water behind me onto other cars in the rain. So for $40 I'm good with them.
