How do you know if you have a 5Ghz or 2.4 GHz router?

Normally most router is 2.4Ghz, and most 5Ghz router are dual-band router which also compatible with 2.4Ghz signel.

I have no wifi, will I be able to set these up, then push one button on the remote to turn on 4 at a time, as if it's the normal lights of the room?

Yes, this bulb is a wifi/bluetooth/remote 3 in 1 light bulb, if you have no wifi, you can still use App to control 4 bulbs together via bluetooth, also you can use the Remote to control the 4 bulbs, thank you.

How do I control these with Bluetooth?

Thanks for your inquiry, please check this video, it shows the steps for setup the connections via Bluetooth, thank you.

can you add more Bluetooth mesh lights to the wireless control?

Hello, this light bulb is not Bluetooth Mesh product, we now only have the recessed light with bluetooth mesh technology, the light bulb is the wifi + bluetooth 4.0 tech, i hope this make sense, if you have more question, please contact me at anna_magichue@outlook.com, thank you.
