Musseltone Gel (125Ml)

I had run on a treadmill while traveling and did something to irritate my knee. It was swollen and sore and I had been taking ibuprofen to help with pain and inflammation. I was in London and stopped in a pharmacy to talk to someone, and the pharmacist recommended this cream. I thought that it may help slightly as long as I babied my knee, but didn't expect much of a result. I'm skeptical of creams that promise too much, but I couldn't believe how immediate and long-lasting the effects of this cream is. I felt noticeably less pain within a few minutes of rubbing it on my knee. We were in London for 8 days and averaged walking between 7 and 8 miles a day and I was pain free by using this 3-4 times throughout the day along with ibuprofen. My knee was still stiff, but I didn't have pain like before. Because of how great the effect was, I also used it to massage my feet (plantar fasciitis) and stiff neck (too much time on airplanes).

It helps mussels and bones. I am happy with this product.

I happened to overhear a conversation between two strangers where one was complaining about terrible pains in her legs. The other told her that she used green-lipped mussel rub and it made a big difference to the pain. I'd heard of green lip mussel supplements before but never a rub. As soon as I got home I looked it up and found it was quite reasonably priced so I ordered some to be sent direct to my parents, both who are suffering a lot of pain from PMR. My mother called me the same day, and said she had tried it on my Dad and that he had reported that it had made a difference within 10 minutes! I was really pleased if not a little puzzled. When I checked the ingredients this contains glucosamine as well as green lipped mussel. Now it is widely known that glucosamine can actually help with joint pain and it is even recommended by vets for dogs, but I am at a loss to understand how glucosamine applied externally can help? Is may be possible that the action of rubbing the sore area to apply the cream made the difference. ( Never underdressed underestimate the power of touch!) But in any case, it DID work and they want to buy more. It's quite reasonably priced so I think it's worth a try.

Muy buena crema, no es la típica crema que te hace efecto en el momento, es como si fuese un condroprotector externo, tienes que usarla de forma continuada, empieza a hacer efecto a los 3 días pero sus efectos son mágicos, me ha quitado un dolor muscular que llevaba meses y ha aumentado rango articular de la rodilla que estaba muy limitado.
