Good for Most Purposes
Not as think or rich as the balsamic vinegar I usually use. However, it has a nice flavor, it’s a reasonable price, and works fine in all my recipes. The fact that it’s organic is another thing in its favor. I would buy it again.

Flavorful, perfect
This is my favorite of the reasonably priced balsamic vinegars. It has a great flavor for making your own balsamic vinagrette, even if just the short-cut oil & vinegar. (e.g., Colavita olive oil + Colavita balsamic vinegar)
