My container just came in..big dent, no plastic seal under cover, and the container isnt full..is this the way it arrives?

The container arrives without plastic seal under cover and the container is not full but the contant has to be 1 kg. However the big dent is not normal.

If something white got dyed yellow in a mixed wash can this get it back to white? And would the black print on one part of the item be affected?

I don’t believe that black print will be affected. If it is it might fade slightly. But to get that yellow out you would have to soak it for a few days. Periodically scrubbing it. But should get it out

Is this a detergent or do I need add laundery detergent in addition to this?

You will need to add a detergent to your wash as well as the Vanish Crystal White Power. This is a non-chlorine bleaching agent. For really soiled clothes I find that soaking first in Vanish Crystal White then washing with detergent and Chrystal white works best.

Is it bleach powder or detergent?

It is essentially just like Oxi-Clean. It is a powder form bleach which works wonders on whites, don't know about colors.
