Along with equal measures of gin and campari, it makes a great negroni cocktail. Also good value for a 1 litre bottle.

Exceptional value
This Vermouth is as good as name brands, I'd even say better! I personally drink it over crushed ice without a mixer and it is delicious. Of course add it to a cocktail. Bargain price for a litre at 14.8% ABV as well.

Substitute
We certainly like vermouth, but usually the white extra dry version. This one we received as I forgot to specify, do not substitute, when ordering the extra dry version. It is OK, and we will eventually drink it, but it is a bit florid and sweet for our tastes.
