Would these syrups be good on "shave ice"?

I think they might be good on shave ice, but you would have to dilute them a little with water for a couple of reasons.  First, they are very concentrated, so if a person added the usual amount of this syrup to shaved ice, it would be overpowering.  Second, the consistency is almost that of honey, and cold temperatures makes the syrup even thicker, so it would not spread into the ice very well without diluting the syrup.  I often add these syrups to cold drinks, and have to dilute them in a little warm water before I can mix them in.  It is worth the slight inconvenience, though - the syrups are very tasty!

Can this be used for flavoring frosting?

You can definitely use our Raspberry Syrups to flavor frosting. Do keep in mind that they are originally made to flavor beverages but you can always experiment!
You may also want consider our Artisan line for flavoring frostings and buttercreams.

It's like "cherry" taste or "black cherry" taste?
