And the lock was used. I still attempted to install and use. Which was a nightmare to keep the wires from getting pinched which I could tell the previous person also had trouble. Once the lock was installed it worked for a day before it wouldn't let me lock it anymore. It would spring back open making it useless. The auto unlock feature was not enabled. And when I removed the lock to return it there was no power and it still held the lock in the unlock position.I don't know who to blame for the lack of quality control in all of this Amazon or Turbolock.
