Life-saver: Healing with DMSO book
A fantastic resource of useful, easy to digest information and recipes to heal at home. First discovered the author on YouTube where she talks about this “miracle” product on her channel and on others as a guest interviewee. Highly recommend this book, it’s one of the few that I do not lend out, because it might be likely I’d not see it again!

Great information on what DMSO is and how to use it. It's well written and easy to understand. I've tried one of the recipes and tried it orally. It definitely has a garlic taste which can be overwhelming but it has helped some with my ailment. I keep it close to hand always looking for ways I can experiment more with it and see what results I get.
