**Q: Is the fillet knife 6" or 8"?  the description says 6" but i dont think victorinox makes a 6" fillet.  the picture seems to show 8"**
A: Kit includes 10-Inch cimeter, 8-Inch breaking, 6-Inch boning, 3.25 paring knife, 6-Inch fillet, and 10-Inch honing steel

**Q: Is the honing steel smooth polished?**
A: Mine was grooved

**Q: Can i put my name on them**
A: Yes

**Q: Is there extra space in roll to add a couple individual knives like a chef knife?**
A: There are six sleeves inside to hold the included knives and steel. You can easily do so if you combine two of the smaller knives into the same pocket.
