I put it on the charger and watch the battery life indicator slowly go to full until it stops charging (in less than 5 minutes). Then when I pug it into my power tool, the indicator light will only read 50% or 25% (2 bars or 1 bar).I haven't tested the batteries side by side for long periods of time so I cannot prove whether it's not charging or if the battery life indicator is just broken. However, based on the fact that the Ryobi charger wont charge it for more than 5 minutes, I am leaning towards that it is defective and won't charge. With that said, the other battery charged perfectly with no issues. Maybe it's hit or miss?
