Exactly like the ones at PT
I shopped around for PT bands and finally went with the name brand originals. They look, feel and work exactly like the bands at Physical Therapy, and they were a good price, so I am completely happy with them. If you are considering something cheaper or latex-free, just know that they might not work the same. Latex-free bands are far more likely to tear or become misshapen, and they won't have the same strength gradations as the ones you used at PT. If you are not allergic to latex, don't buy them. Off brands don't have a reputation to uphold, but theraband does. They do arrive dusted with a white powder to keep them from sticking together in transit. It can be washed off if you need to. I am not particularly sensitive to smells, but to me these smelled like chocolate.

You don't do squat? Maybe that's the problem, dude.
Good 'beginner' workout band assortment. Set those glutes and calves to frolic! If you currently don't do squat and it shows...do squats, it'll show.

Not very durable/long-lasting
These bands don't last very long. I paid a little more for the Theraband brand thinking they'd be better than the generic (Chinese?) bands.Doing fairly light-weight physical therapy stretches for my shoulder, the green one snapped in two within two weeks. They subsequently snapped five more times until the pieces were all too small to use. The yellow one did better: it lasted about four weeks until snapping in two.
