This is a week after only.

This was fun for a season, but the shape made it hard to grow into a beard. Gravity caused quite a few of the seeds to slip down to the gnome's legs. Since this area also got the most water, these seeds grew the most. So the top of his beard was both sparse and shorter. Very careful application and keeping the water full topped off may have helped, but it was just meant as a fun simple project.

It worked well, and I am planning to continue using it over and over! It was a great project to do with my toddler. He loves it. One thing to note, we spread the seeds pretty thick on there and when the sprouts started growing, they were clumps of seeds on them. Don’t do a super thick layer!

Quality: I love this little unicorn! It's absolutely adorable! However it will not grow in winter. Or at least it didn't work for me all winter. However now in the spring and summer, it's super fluffy!
