He loves to hit the ball but didn't understand the bases piece yet, these have helped him learn so much & get him so excited about rounding the "field" in our backyard. Since the days are long yet it gets dark early and the color and glow on these helps us let him play a bit later into the nights! These are helpful for learning and practice but also really fun and the cost is hard to beat! Even better, these are easy and safe for either of our littles to pull them out and place them around the yard themselves to play with.

**Q: Do these really glow in the dark?**
A: Yes but not super bright. You will have to lay them out in the sun or bright little room. They work good for me and my kids.

**Q: Would these blow away in strong winds**
A: I have the green glow in the dark set and I haven't personally had them blow away but if the wind got up strong enough I believe they will

**Q: Can this plate be rolled up and fit into a bat bag?**
A: Each base and the plate are the same thickness and material.  Only shapes vary. The plate and bases can be definitely be rolled up though may need to be rw-flattened ( put weight on it) once unrolled SO short answer is YES

**Q: What is the thickness of the plate?**
A: The plate and the other bases are all the same thickness. 
They are on the thin side BIT are price according. I had a set prior which lasted about 7 years with moderate use
