The thinnest water proof cases on the market didn't meet my needs, they were still too bulky or compromised the iPhones functionality... most notably they all make it hard to talk on the phone because of the decreased audio quality. The other issue I have with many of the water proof cases is they are hard to get on and off and most that I looked at seemed as if repeated opening and closing could diminish their water proof ability.I decided on the Optrix and it is indeed an awesome case. Everything is well built and very solid. It is easy to get your phone in and out of. I also like the fact that I can use the inner liner part that goes on the phone as a slim line bumper case. This case does limit some of the iPhone functions such as touch ID. It does make it harder to talk on the phone and it can be difficult to use the touch screen. The volume and power buttons are definitely harder to push, but all these are trade offs I'm willing to make to keep my phone secure when I'm on the water.The biggest disappointment for me is the lenses. I decided to get the pro kit because I figured if their was one lens I would use it would be the 2x zoom however the distortion is so bad the pictures are basically unusable. I"m returning and getting the basic kit since there is no distortion with the 0* lens.Bottom line, this is a great case that will keep your phone safe and secure... but don't buy the pro kit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am really quite pleased with this product *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2016* I am really quite pleased with this product. I decided to splurge for it because to me, buying this case with lenses is like outfitting my phone to be like a gopro (waterproofed and different lenses), which is quite a bit more money. The kit comes with a sleek case that fits right into the larger one, which I've been using day to day and I really like. I will comment that the outer waterproof case is pretty hard to use in regards to the touch screen capability and just pressing buttons is hard. It's also really bulky, obviously. I am really satisfied with the product because the different lenses allow me to take pictures that are different and fun, but I don't like that I have to put the case on in order to utilize the lenses. There are other products that can just clip on to the phone, so if you're getting the case and you think you might want to use the lenses without the case, you're out of luck. There might be a better product out there for you. It's honestly not that much of a hassle (but you do need to carry the case around), but when you're not in the water, you really notice how bulky and excessive the case is. I mention that you have to carry the case around because realistically it's absolutely pointless to have the case on if you're not in the water, because it makes using your phone that inconvenient. This case made my phone perfectly waterproof and I was able to take pictures with no worries in the water and underwater, so all in all it was a great purchase that I'd recommend to anyone who is around the water a fair bit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Waterproof, Easy to Prep, and Quality Design. *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2019* The media could not be loaded.  This past year, I was lucky enough to go on a once in a lifetime trip to Bora Bora! Knowing we'd be doing some snorkeling and underwater activities, I needed to take pictures of these amazing experiences, without the worry of damaging my camera. I didnt want to spend big bucks to take my DSLR near the water, yet I was very hesitant to put my smartphone in a case that would go underwater with me.I ended up deciding an underwater smartphone case would be the best route, but still worried about leaks, lens quality, etc. I chose this Optrix case based on reviews and couldn't be happier!
