Easy and effective.
Nice peel-and-apply adhesive; it's very easy to work with. I applied on top of Kilmat in trunk/spare tire well area. Resulted in noticeable sound isolation. I do wish that they offered slightly larger quantity (20-25sqft) to match other layer offerings.

Great insulation foam - many uses around the car and house.
Bought this insulation foam to pair with sound deadening to help improve the audio in my cars. This foam works great and the adhesive is very strong. Make sure you wipe the surface clean and do a mock up of where the foam sheet will go BEFORE peeling off the backing. Once you peel the backing and stick it somewhere, it'll be stuck there and very hard to remove. Besides using as sound insulation on the doors, I've also cut these into tiny strips and use to insulate between aftermarket car speakers and their respective adapter brackets. One box of 36 sq ft goes a long way.

Works well as a decoupler, which is important. Doesn't deaden sound.
A reason Noico states it should placed over the CLD tiles is because the tiles deaden vibrations in the metal of your car, which will lessen road noise, but closed cell foam does not block out sound. Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) does that. But you don't want MLV touching the metal in your car, so you need a decoupler, which is really the important function of this material. I am quite surprised Noico doesn't manufacture MLV. I have put down the CLD tiles and use this CCF over it as a decoupler, and both products are good and easy to use. However, I had to purchase the MLV elsewhere, which is too bad. Noico prices can't be beat.

Great sound deadener!
I have a very high end stereo in my car (McIntosh), and this sound deadener works great at getting rid of road noise, etc. I put it inside all four doors and the roof myself. Itโs a long and tedious job, but well worth it. I just wish my car had a quieter exhaust. Itโs aftermarket, and louder than stock.

Outperformed expectations on economy sedan- Windshield is now my NVH weak point
Coupled with Killmat, and a thorough cabin installation on an economy sedan (2018 Nissan Versa SV), my only complaint is how obvious the sound of rain on my windshield is now that the rest of the cabin has become so quiet. It's a testament to how effective these materials are, that a sound I could previously barely hear has now become the dominant sound while driving. Too bad I can't insulate my windshield the same way.

Good quality
Good quality! Glue is very sticky so be readg because it is!

Very sticky
Extremely sticky but had no issue peeling off the paper backing. If you're having those issues, maybe you have old stock. Once the glue side touches something, that's it it's stuck. You get one chance to stick them, otherwise it rips off from the glue. Although it is very thin, it seems like a good sound dampener especially if used with other foam and dampening products. Metal tape sticks to it just fine.

Off label use, still happy!
I used this product in an off label fashion to help semi-attractively insulate the inside of the rooftop door that was cooking our whole second floor. The door is thin and crappy but I can't get it replaced (landlord's ๐) and I needed something that didn't look TOO tacky. This has done the trick! Our electric bill has already thanked me, And it doesn't look half bad. BE AWARE: ONCE ANY PART OF THE ADHESIVE BACKING MAKES CONTACT WITH THE SURFACE IT IS STICKING TO, YOU ARE NOT MOVING IT AGAIN. THAT PART IS STUCK AND EVERYTHING'S MOVING AROUND IT. It will not come back up without tearing and being scraped off and cleaned back to base. I suggest only removing a small corner or edge of the protective backing for each piece you're placing, lining it up very carefully before making any contact, and then smoothing it all down. I am talking you make the slightest brush against the surface would be adhesive backing and it's done for. If you do get a bubble you can poke a small hole through the foam, and just squeeze the air out from behind the panel that way. Since I was using this to insulate a wooden door I covered the door with that easier to remove adhesive vinyl that some people use for book covers and such first to protect the wood. Because this stuff is a pain to get back off.

Thank me later!
Love the noico brand of products, I've noticed a huge improvement with noise reduction when using their products. This is my first time using the red "foam", but im expecting good results based on what results I've yielded with their black butyl product. Installation is extremely easy with this product. It has excellent adhesions even in cooler temp. It is decently easy to shape and very easy to cut. I would give this product a 10/10 based on user friendly-ness, price, shipping time and quality. Best bang for your buck product for what it is. I have used other products such as dynamat, kilmat, Houshmandzadeh and silent. That being said this is always the product I use and recommend to others
