All I needed was the top. It was cheaper to buy a whole new component than a replacement part. Unbelievable! Makes my pond scum and string algae disappear !!!

Purchased to help keep my small outdoor pond clear. Definitely easier to use than trying to figure out correct dosing myself. Purchased the clear along with the system. Once its cleared up algae to my satisfaction I'll switch to the maintenance bag. Love that I can store unused until I need to switch it back again. Definitely loosening up the algae! Just prime it and set dosage by gallon size of pond and I'm finished

I used another product to clean the waterfall and it only made it worse (left picture). I tried scrubbing the black stuff off, which didn’t work! Then we bought this! We started it hoping for any improvement and the next morning it was almost gone!!! It’s AMAZING!!!!

What a find. I was struggling to keep my koi pond clear until I set up this device. Using the maintenance formula, my pond is now crystal clear. It’s set and forget.

I bought this unit based on a recommendation from my local pond company. He sells these systems but the price is slightly higher than on amazon. Four months after installation the pump quit working and the local pond company came out again. He said the unit was not repairable and he replaced it with a new system and charged me for it. He told me to contact the company for the one year warranty and that I could get a refund since he sells their units. I contacted the company and they told me that they will only repair the pump and not refund me. That would leave me with two of their units. Great sales tactic to force me to buy two that I don't need!! Amazon won't refund since it is beyond their period. Guess it would be good to have a second unit since their units obviously do not last!

These work great. I have another that I use on the winter tank. Only issue I have is that I was expecting the clear to come with this as the description states but I received the maintain. Hopefully they can ship the correct item !

Keeping my pond clean

When it work it works, unfortunately I have to reset it ever 4 days, three initially, but after the first 3 weeks it went to four(4) it is a little challenging especially if I'm not close to the client. But the product that we use in the dosing system, works like it intend to. So I am not entirely displeased.

shipping box was litterally destroyed! Fortunately unit appears intact and works.

Had to return first liquid leaked when delivered seller would not send new one then purchased new fluid and unit stop working after a week. Seller tells me not to order from them again
