Throw it in the wash in a laundry bag and it dries quickly. Bought 4 of these between 2018-2021 and the quality was the same.. Our second favorite was the Full 90 Sports Premier Performance, same material/cushion, a little more coverage but just a little smaller. We added a one inch piece of velcro to the existing velcro for a better fit. After being unhappy with the fit of other products, I decided on this Forcefield band. The Velcro closure is great for adjusting until it's just right, and the padding is generous but not bulky.
