Picked this up because I had a few cabinet build projects in progress and I was tired of using a piece of scrap wood with a sanding disc taped to it.The sanding noise is comfortable, retains the discs perfectly, and works very nicely when hand sanding. Probably should’ve bought one of these WAY sooner

This hand sander is awesome! I have large hands and this sanding block fits it well! Takes 5" hook and loop sandpaper, no more using a piece of scrap wood for hand sanding. Highly recommend for any diyers and woodworkers.

I used it a few times, works great. I can use my round sand paper or sandnet discs, it's not gonna bunch up like the old rubber blocks after putting in the sandpaper.

My husband and I just started the adventures of woodworking together, and I must admit...I really don't know anything. I try to find the little things the internet says you need, but you really never realized you needed. Some of those finds turn out to be a godsend in the shop, and others - not so much. This little mouse however - amazing! I told my husband I bought him a sanding mouse and it was going to change his life. Like most husbands would, he raised an eyebrow like I was crazy and simply agreed. However, a few days later he asked where I got it from because it's so amazing he wanted to buy more.This little guy is great!! Sandpaper stays in place, the grip is fantastic, and there's no more cramped hands.If you don't already own one of these, do yourself a favor, spend a few bucks and give it a try. You'll love it!!

It’s a good, flat sanding pad that holds hook and loop backed sandpaper or disks very well. You can see in the photos that I now have three - each of them labeled with a different grit. This review is for the third one since I have significant run time (years) with the other two. The only downside to this sanding pad is that they tend to discolor over time, but that has nothing to do with its functionality.

I caught a review of this on YouTube and for the price I figured why not. It is a really nice product. Not only does it feel good in the hand but I feel like it is just transmitting the force of my hand better then the sandpaper just being wrapped around a block of wood.

Best way to hand-sand. Don't buy sheets and try to cut/fit them in blocks. Don't buy expensive pre-cut squares and attach. The circular pads for orbital sanders are mass-produced, cheap, very effective, available in all sorts of grits, and attach effortlessly to this block. They do not come off until you want them to, and then you just peel off and replace to satisfying sounds and textures. If you have an orbital sander with hook-and-fastener (i.e. velcro) attachment pads (or even if you don't), this beats all other blocks and saves money while you do it. I pair this with a soft 3M 05791 Hookit 6" Disc Hand Pad for when I want flexibility.

Very handy for using your sandpaper disc pads. Attaching and removing pads is very simple

Se amolda y fija perfectamente lija/bloque muy util para quienes practicamos la Carpinteria. Lo recomiendo muy ampliamente.

This is a great product and easy to use as well change the sanding disc.
