Trademark Poker 6-Deck Blackjack Dealing Shoe

I bought this to play Blackjack with my family and friends, not only because it's cool to have a dealing shoe, but because it's also very useful! Mine was not broken at all and works just fine. There are only two things I'd like to bring up: 1. The rolling metal cylinder attached to the roller is not very well adjusted. So, depending on how you move the shoe around, it might loosen up. 2. I had to do was to remove the rubber bands around the metal cylinder to have the roller constantly push the cards. I assume this is expected? Other than that, I really cannot complain. Sliding the cards is pretty easy and you really feel like a pro! :-P

Works well for what I needed it for. I recently became a dealer this year so I wanted to practice pulling cards from the shoe. It was overall very stable, easy to use, the perfect size for 6 decks (as listed). It's a clear shoe, unlike the ones at the casino, but hey, for practice it works perfectly. The only sad thing is that I accidentally broke the front off while traveling with it to show off to others my dealing capabilities (and to 'force' them to play/help me practice lol)

Four star only because it needed an adjustment before it would work. Had to do an adjustment on the roller because it would not rotate freely and would not ride down the ramp. Reading other reviews, thought I would have to physically modify something via removing some material from the roller. I found that on removing the roller from the assembly by sliding the plastic "bearing assemblies" up and out, the plastic silver cover on the heavier internal roller was not fully pressed together. This made the roller assembly wider than it needed to be and it caused the fit to be too tight, preventing free motion of the roller. I pressed the covering together, aligned the o-rings (rubber tires for traction), put a drop of lubricant in the bearing for good measure, and reassembled. Works as advertised now.

This is a fantastic product. I bought it to hold the cards for my Wingspan board game, and it works like a charm. It won’t hold all the cards (through the Asia expansion) because you’d need a 10 deck holder, but 6 decks is still over 300 cards. I’ve sleeved my cards in Gamegenic sleeves and there is no issue with size or the operation of the shoe. I’m sure I’ll find other board games this will work for.

I long had this question and could never find a definitive answer. I took the chance and grabbed one of these. It works great with sleeved cards that are standard MTG size. This is going to be a YMMV thing. Some sleeves may be taller than necessary and not fit properly. In the photos, you'll see 227 project cards for Terraforming Mars sleeved with Ultra Pro Deck Protectors. It's all of the base cards with Corporate Era cards plus the cards from Prelude and some promos. This is a pretty standard setup for many people. If you add the cards from Venus, Colonies, or Turmoil, they're not all going to fit with the wedge. There's currently 360 project cards released/revealed not including the three deprecated ones. So you'll either need a second shoe or just leave a bunch in a stack and grab them if needed. I'll probably do the latter as 227 cards is usually enough to finish the game. If we need more near the end, we'll grab the extra stack.

I ordered two of these items, and have to say that the Quality Assurance for this company needs some serious work. The packaging was fine, and the trays and sliders were in great shape, as far as looks go. Weight of the sliders is very nice, and they fit well inside the trays. Unfortunately neither of the sliders would actually slide/roll. After looking them over I could easily see why. It appears that the sliders are made with small slots inside them. The rollers have pins which fit inside small, square plastic inserts. Assembly appears to be simply placing the inserts on the pins, applying glue to the inserts, sliding them into the slots, and waiting for them to dry. The glue appears to be of the sort that actually somewhat melts the plastic for a strong permanent bond. OK, all good so far. This is about what I would expect. So what went wrong? When assembling mine, it seems far too much glue was applied. There was considerable glue residue left over, and some trails of melted plastic (similar to wax from a candle) mostly filling the gap between the ends of the rollers and the inserts. Looking over the reviews I can see a few other people have experienced similar issues Rather than deal with sending them back in, and waiting for another (also likely to be non-functional) pair to be sent out, I decided to fix them myself. After a fair bit of force to pop the rollers out I was able to take a fine grade flat file to the plastic inserts, removing the excess glue and plastic. A little more force (and pinched fingertips) and I was able to get the rollers back in place. Now they work perfectly. Of course, I shouldn't need to apply this level of effort in the first place.

I purchased five new decks of bicycle playing cards, shuffled them together and stacked them in this thing. That was about a week ago. During that week I have played hundreds of games of blackjack with my friends and family and has worked flawlessly. The shoe has a great weighted foot behind the deck and it doesn't shift around my felt table. Awesome price! Awesome product! Shipped immediately! Thanks!

As I received my card shoe, before even opening the package I could here it rattling as if it was broken. To no surprise when I unboxed it, the front lip was chipped off. So far, the replacement process seems to be going through so I will update this review if I actually receive a unbroken replacement, besides that it seems like it would work decently UPDATE: I have received a replacement that isn’t broken, it works well actually, the cards slide out nice especially if you have them positioned correctly, good deal in my opinion

Cannot use this item at all, the silver rollers are detached out of the packet and the black plastic casing is too tight to allow them back in. Only just opened today (21.9.19) after receiving in August so now outside of the returns window, will be taking this up with amazon as the item is not fit for purpose
