However the Seller kindly agreed to supply what was advertised by desertcart, sending me additional items. When I received a Remote, it did not work. I contacted Panasonic, the maker of the DVD recorder. They (via online chat) led my through Resetting the DVD Recorder to Factor Setup, suggesting that would help it to sync with the Remote. It DID NOT. In fact, it left me with a device that was in Factor Setup, with NO WAY to change it, as the Remote I had did not work. At that point, Panasonic said seeing that the Recorder was an older model, they could not provide any additional help. When I contacted the Seller for any suggestions, he was good enough to get a Remote and set it up to work immediately upon arrival. I have already used the DVD Recorder and it works great, recording an old family VHS. I am very happy with the DVD Recorder and all the Support provided by the Seller.
