Kringle Traditions 14" LED Moravian Star Light - Hanging Lighted Stars - Star Lantern (Gold)

I’ve been looking for an outdoor Moravian Star, and I’m so pleased that I found this one. I just used it for a second Christmas season. It’s just beautiful. I hang it from a Shepherd’s hook over a manger along my front walkway. It’s such a simple decoration that reminds me (and I hope others who see it) of the real reason for our celebration of Christmas. It is easy to assemble (and disassemble for storage). It’s bright since it’s powered by electricity. It’s held up well to the elements even though it’s plastic. The plastic is thick. There are tiny little drain holes all over the star so that it doesn’t hold water. It is a bit pokey with some rough edges, but once it’s assembled and hanging, that’s not an issue. I would definitely purchase this again. This would also look great hanging on a porch year around.

beautiful moravian star! came quickly and was super easy to put together. We hung it up outside during the christmas season and it lasts through the winter weather very well! the size is perfect - not too large but quaintly noticeable from the street.

It is pretty easy to assemble after I got the hang of it. However, there is no hook or holes on the top to hang it. It also did not come with any cord to hang. Someone suggested hanging it by the electrical cord. This is impossible as it would not reach the outlet if you hang it upside down. I also don't like the color. It says it is GOLD but it is brown. I used gold wire to hang it so you can see the difference in color.

Easy to put together. So beautiful that my neighbor asked to order one just like it! Cord length worked for my porch. It’s a great quality for outside.

This star is very nice, big and bright, and making it LED-powered assures a long trouble-free service life. The one thing I will criticize is the lack of an assembly manual—it includes only a set of safety "instructions," with no guidance on how to assemble it. So I started off by trying to snap in all the spikes, which was very difficult bordering on impossible, and resulted in stretching the center ball to the point of the seam separating, making the assembled product much more fragile. It was not until I read the outside of the box where it said "twist and lock spires for easy assembly," and only then was I able to finish putting it together. I consider this a value-impairing deficiency which would be easy to correct by printing an assembly instruction sheet, which means I can't give it a 5 rating. Other than that, I wish the wire were green not white, but I found a way to work around that.

Easy to assemble and take apart for storage. Looks amazing on my 9’ tree. Lightweight and affixes easily into the top branches. One of the best tree toppers I have ever owned and I have owned a lot (event designer for 30 years).

Looks pretty, but don’t expect it to last more than one year. plastic becomes brittle and breaks easily.
