I recommend ordering a size down as the cup sizes were a little big. Tightening the straps didn't do much for me in the sense of adding cleavage (possibly because I have small boobs to begin with, idk lol). But the bra holds EXTREMELY well. I've gotten sticky bras before that absolutely sucked but this holds so well and doesn't start to come off if you sweat.
