The spray bottles work great (remains to be seen how they hold up over time but first few weeks so far so good). The scent of the cleaners is like any other cleaner I have used. Not terribly harsh on the nose. The cleaning solution is super easy to setup. Just fill with water to the line on the bottle, pop in the cartridge, twirst on the lid, and go. Works well in my experience so far ( I primarily use the glass cleaner, bathroom cleaner, and the kitchen cleaner) The spray bottles are plastic, the cartridge for the cleaning solution is also plastic. So there is still some plastic waste from this system although it's less waste (not always throwing out spray bottles), there is still waste. I would have paid a little extra for glass bottles.
