Is this an authentic Invicta watch?

It is absolutely an authentic Invicta watch. It is registered with the Invicta company for the warranty which you do when your watch arrives and I have spoken to them about the watch.

Is every sub-dial fucntional?

Just the side of it when you open it to do the dials it doesn't close back

Regardless of what position my dial is in, i cannot get a reaction out of the chronograph features (excluding second hand chronograph), whats up?

The large second hand is for the timer. Small one right side does current seconds. If you are wanting to use the large second hand unscrew the buttons.
