Buttons hard to push and some didn't work

It doesn't have the Netflix Rev., FF, pause and play buttons it wanted.

The remote worked fine without me having to program it, but I was looking for a remote that has raised and backlit buttons. This remote control is about the same size as the normal universal remote controllers and the buttons are not as large as I needed them to be. I bought it for my mom who's a senior and it wasn't easy for her to use because of her diabetic hand sensation problems. It's not a bad remote controller, I just needed one that has external raised and backlit buttons.

ce was 5 stars but the buttons on the remote are hard to use. The instructions for it use are just a little vage.

Works with an older plasma LG tv I installed ouside of my house. I would recommend this product to others.

It's a working remote nothing fancy but it does the job.

Didn't work with all the smart TV as they say. But is good for other tv I have.
