These bands where so tight around my thighs it’s crazy. I’m 5’3 at 145 lbs and I don’t have big legs or anything. I order this band in Medium and all I could do was a couple of squats I felt like I was using the heaviest resistant band. I guess I will only use this band for the heaviest weight and not medium like it was intended to.
