Perfect replacement for broken unit. Easily replaced old unit. Fit perfectly and functions like it should.

Our original controllers upper and lower light buttons had to be pushed very hard to work. I guess it was just worn out over the years. This switch controller was easy to install and works perfectly. If your switch looks like this one I would highly recommend as the proper replacement.

Switch works great and is a direct replacement for my Monte Carlo fan. Delivery with USPS took quite the detour. TX to NV via Puerto Rico and WA, who knows what was going on there.

This control appears to be an exact replacement for the model without the “T” at the end of the number. Same wires, dip switches, and facing appearance. I bought it as a spare—having used my extra control to replace the one originally installed 17 years ago to control two fans in our great room. Two fans and I got two controls. So, I needed a new spare in case the second control poops out.

Purchased this wall mounted remote as a exact replacement for unit I had installed when home was built (2011). The original unit lasted from Sept 2011 to Dec 2018. The new unit didn't make a year.

Our ceiling fan and lights were not working at all and the unit is 20 feet up so hard to access. So first step was to relace the wall switch with this unit while carefully noting which wires go where and don't forget the dipsticks on the side. I took a picture before disconnecting anything. Circuit breaker off throughout this of course. At first when new unit was all completely installed and power supply back on, nothing changed. Then I realized that this device actually a transmits signals wirelessly to the fan so the electronics need to be reset. Several times I turned the breaker off, waited 10 seconds and then turned it on and bingo it worked.

Our ceiling fan stopped working. We thought it was the control and ordered the part. It turned out to be the receiver in the ceiling. This part was ordered and now the fan works. The process of ordering and the electrician coming took longer than 30 days. Amazon and the seller are both very strict about the return window of 30 days. I am not happy.
