Our soup kitchen uses this coffee pot five days a week to provide hot coffee for our guests and it works wonderfully. It's easy to use and keeps the coffee hot. When we had a small issue with the heating element, customer service was quick to respond and take care of us. Great machine and a great company.

The stainless steel build feels very durable and professional, and it brews coffee surprisingly fast while keeping it hot for hours. The spout works smoothly without dripping, and cleanup is simple after use.

Title: Great Customer Service & Solid Coffee Maker for High-Volume Use We purchased this SYBO Commercial Grade Stainless Steel Percolate Coffee Maker for our non profit soup kitchen, where we brew about 100 cups of coffee twice a week. It’s been a very useful machine for handling large volumes and has made serving our community much easier. After some use, we did experience an issue with leakage at the base of the pot. Unfortunately, it was outside of Amazon’s return window by the time the problem appeared. However, when I reached out directly to SYBO, their customer support team was outstanding. They responded quickly, were very easy to work with, and immediately arranged to send a replacement unit. It’s clear they stand behind their product and care about their customers, which means a lot—especially for organizations like ours that rely on dependable equipment. Overall, a good product backed by excellent customer service.

This item had a ton of manufacturer's oil in it, and cleaning it with a vinegar solution didn't help it any - when cleaning in crevices, lots of black stuff came off onto my cleaning cloth. It took a while to eventually get that out, but the heating element in this thing chaffes - and lets off this black stuff that looks like soot. That gets into the water and can't be good for a person. After scrubbing it all off, it comes back again with the next use. Additionally, I just got this yesterday and there are already rust stains forming on the bottom of it, and that was just after heating water in it before use. Additionally, there is some kind of soot that forms on the heating element where the percolator stem sits. So I cleaned it out again - thought I got all the "soot" out - filled it up, ran it thru another cycle - emptied it - more soot. Third time - same thing. I'm not a happy customer right now. This is touted to be stainless steel yet it's already rusting out,, and I don't know what the heating element is made of but that sooty stuff is exposed to the water, and that can't be good for a person. If I could give this thing zero stars, I surely would.

The pot did well for us. Unfortunately it quit working in 10 months. I contacted SYBO customer support and they were very helpful. I sent them copies of my receipts and photos of the pot and t hey refunded my money. They treated me fairly.

Overall, this coffee urn performs well and does what it's designed to do. It heats water and brews large quantities of coffee efficiently, making it a good option for events, gatherings, and catering situations. The stainless steel construction looks professional and is easy to clean after use. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the base. On my unit, the base doesn't feel as stable as I expected and has a slight wobble when placed on a flat surface. It's not enough to make the urn unusable, but it's something to be aware of, especially when the urn is full and being used around groups of people. Other than that, the unit heats up reliably, maintains temperature well, and has enough capacity for serving a crowd. The dispensing spout works as expected, and the overall build quality is decent for the price. If the base were more solid and stable, this would easily be a 5-star product. As it stands, it's still a good commercial-style coffee urn with one design issue that could be improved.

I ordered the SYBO SR-CP-100B coffee maker for an event and it worked out very good. There was about 60 people and it was able to serve every one and still had coffee left. It's very simple to setup and the coffee heats up quickly and keeps hot. I would recommend this coffee machine for an event. It's worth the money. I used McDonald's coffee grounds and the grounds remained in the basket no filter needed. It also looks nice.

Overall product is good however there is a leaking problem from the spout. Temperature is good and size is good, value is ok, it would have been excellent if there wasn’t an issue with leaking. So I’d say durability is the main thing to fix.

The pot worked good the first time then after that it took longer to brew every time. The last time i used it the por brewed for 2 1/2 hrs till the coffee was ready. Not a very good purchase. I already hot rid of it. Waste of money.
