Good. Has higher heat than other brands which helps to reletive pain. Need to see the longevity of the product

Hi, I have been using the product for little more than a year now, and I must say that the product is excellent, but sadly it has a time limit..It just stops working. But all the time I have used it, it was exceptional! No complaints on that one..But since I was investing 1000 rupees I thought it would last long, but now I understood that it works really well for a year atleast, after that it doesn't. We would have heated it over 250 times and the heating capability and the cut off is top notch. I just hoped it would be for a longer term.

I had ordered Caresmith Eon Premium Electric Hot Water Bag on 21-dec-25 and started using it after 5 days, now after using it for just 15 days its charger's led ligth stops working. I am not sure for how long this will be working. I have also used one of this product from this company, though that was different model but i was atleast able to use that for 3 years. But this model drastically degraded version.

A great product. Easy to use. Once heated completely, it will be hot for good 1-2 hrs

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this! I suffer from endometriosis and have extremely bad period and pain leading up to my period. My usual hot water bottle is never hot enough for the pain I experience. I would use boiling hot water, and then put the pouch on my skin and it would need to be refilled within 15-20 mins max as it is no longer strong enough for my endo pains. This electric bottle however, is so hot I have to put a blanket over my clothes and then use the bottle, and is it cools I gradually remove the cover and other layers. After an hour it is still so hot !! As if it was first done. This is also amazing as as someone who suffers from a long term condition you can sometimes feel as if you are a burden on others, constantly asking for a hot water bottle to be refilled, or if someone isn’t home and I’m in pain I simply cannot do it. With this I can just heat it up on the side of my bedside table - it takes 5 minutes and lasts ages. Highly recommend !!!!

This product qualities is barely bad. It is steak long time to become hot.

Wow what a find. I suffer chronic pain and this electric hot water bottle is outstanding. Lasts for 3 to 4 hours and I would highly recommend to anyone that uses heat pads.

I had used this product in India and loved it. When I came back to USA, I placed an order but unfortunately received it having the Indian style plug. It is not useful for me at all so I am returning it. I think the company should be doing extra research about their products specifically considering international requirements.
