Dual Laminate Refill Cartridge for Laminator Machine, Transparent

If you are looking for a product that is not complicated, cost effective, and does a great job - this is it. No electric motors to go bad. You insert the product you want laminated, turn the handle, out the laminated paper comes and you cut if with the built in slide cutter. Our Homeowners association issues passes to each lot owner as their dues are paid and we have found this to be the perfect product. The refill cartridges are easily inserted in the machine. Highly recommended.

We recently started a home based part time small business that requires us to laminate 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of card stock. Several years ago, we had used this product at our church in the church's ministry so when we were now in the need for the same sort of product, we didn't hesitate to purchase the laminator and film. Does a great job, doesn't leave bubbles or air pockets and from our research, cold laminating is better for inkjet documents. We are very pleased and Amazon has the best price and with free shipping, you can't go wrong. The same product sells for almost twice as much through one of the major office supply chain stores.

I bought this for the 3M LS950 cold laminator (though it states DL951, it also worked for this one in the past). The laminator was a good buy. I have not needed to replace the first refill yet, which means you get a lot of bang for your buck with these refills. The laminator, itself, is great, though you need to be careful that you feed the paper in straight, else you sometimes get uneven edges. (In fact, a few times the paper moved to such a degree, a corner was outside the part laminated. This wasn't a problem for me, as they were not business papers. Doing business or professional papers, I am much more careful and feed the sheets in more slowly to avoid movement. You can keep you hand, lightly, on the page while slowly turning the hand crank to feed the paper into the machine to be laminated on both sides.)

I use it to cover paper tags for vehicles. It is a great value and is strong enough to keep moisture out

I have always used the 3M Dual Laminate refill cartridges. They are relatively easy to load, last a long time, and laminate beautifully. I have a sign on our laminator to not let the rolls run to the very end. This allows me to tape the film of the new roll to the last 6 inches of the old one and feed it through the rollers. It saves the time of rethreading.

In spite of some cautions I had read on other posts I found the installation rather easy. I use this to laminate documents so they can withstand outdoor applications such as waterproof instructions for rigging sailboats and checklists that can be used with dry-erase markers. It works well for this. My only complaint is with the thickness of the laminate... the heat treated laminates are thicker, but more expensive both for the laminator and supplies.

Just received my order and sad to say there is a Broken Wheel , ps lost over half and still can't use it . Thanks LEONARD Atkins PS: the Box was Damaged so i Threw it out ?
