How do I activate the buzzer option? I tried going thru the manual instructions but couldn’t get it to function

Same issue here. I tried several ways, I tested the output in between both bell cables (pink colour in my case), which results as continuity (0 resistance) when the button is pressed. I tried to see if there's any voltage coming out when the button is pressed, and no, there's not. So when connecting a 16VA door chime using the door bell button as a regular door bell button....doesn't work for some reason, am I missing something?

How I can programming the ping and add some cards? I try but I can’t!
