I have tried a lot of arch supports and it’s very hard to find one that is comfortable. My problem is I don’t like to wear shoes and the hard floors are rough on the feet. I have very flat feet. These give me just enough support. Some support is better than none. You can slide the support where it is most comfortable for you. I wear a pair of non slip socks with them. Very comfortable in shoes and your foot doesn’t slide in them. Sometimes arch supports can be too big and it makes your foot slide to the outside of the shoe. Very uncomfortable and unstable. They are nice to wear with sandals and shoe and easy to clean. Don’t try to wear these all day. The first hour I wore them I could feel a difference in my arch’s and my back. Remember, you are asking your body to do something different.
