1 Year Extended Warranty Pro Plus Plan for Water Purifiers Between Rs. 10,001 to Rs. 20,000

Manish from one assist promptly followed up with me and helped me with the activation. I am promised I would get the same benefits through oneassist for extended year as the original havells OEM warranty for the initial year, which covers the cost of consumables like filters.Only time will tell if they will honour it.

HI Guys dont ever buy aquaGuard Water purifier. This is the worst product. It worked only for 1 year. During the lock down in April 2020 it stopped working. We could not get anyone from the after sales to service it because of the lockdown. After the lockdown I called they said warranty is over. Don't ever waste your money on this product. I bought it for Rs. 10,999/- plus addition 1 year warranty for Rs. 588/- from One Assist, which is also another waste of money. OneAsist is also a waste, they really dont help the customer. They aim is to make money from our suffering. Ultimately I lost Rs. 11,587/- I used it from April 2019 to April/May 2020. Now it is junked and lying useless. I dont want to waste any more money on this waste product.

Unable to find any useful information from the mobile application. Neither I can register from app nor see the already registered information in it.

Very much easy to activate this app one assist pro+. Thanks , I appreciate this one but after one year when I take their assistance, I will provide my experience .

It's an extra cover for your machine. So nothing to say about it. Will say if anything happens to machine in this tenure. Then only i can say about its service and ease of procedure while claiming the warranty.

I overlooked that activation is required (as my product was already in warranty period of company) within 60 days of purchase but they followed up for activation nicely and assured me that extended warranty would start next year....Thank you one assist

I would not recommend the service of one assist 1 it's a rip-off of a service provider that does not provide the service that it's paid for . The only service that you get is the call center representative call you up yet it's of no service . A total rip off no point of it warranty if its not provide to you with on the time frame . An the app or website is not user friendly .

I dont know what to say. Registering this warranty was bit tedious. I still do not know whether my warranty is registered and in case of a problem will I be able to make a claim. I really wish the process was simpler and more assuring. Since it's been only a month and i am unlikely to need this warrant anytime soon (mfg warranty is 1 year - this one applies after that) it's really difficult to judge the product bought. Their mobile app is also pretty ok ok. Wish they made it more assuring so that I am able to not only register the product but also see my product there and the warranty period clearly mentioned there. I am giving 2 stars out of 5 because i have to give something and 1 maybe unfair. Anyway I wish this is helpful in some way to someone. As I write this I wonder if I will buy this again if I re-order such item again.
