It also occupies very little space in your kitchen drawer or wherever you choose to store it; I keep mine hanging next to my spice rack for easy access. Like all kitchen aid products, this can opener is made from quality materials abc it’s built to last. It may be the last can opener you ever buy. It will stand the test of time and keep on going. Price wise, it’s more expensive that the can opener you’ll get at a discount store but it’s worth every penny. It’s a great value for a modest investment. I’d not hesitate to buy it again.

This is a beautiful and easy to use opener. I used to have one in mint green that I got as a wedding gift 15 years ago and it finally just broke. Also, really like that. It has the bottle opener on the top which I’ve used many times. The wide twisting knob makes it easy to turn even for those with arthritis.

This opener is good. It is reliable. It is not perfect for people with hand-grip issues; but it gets the job done.

Smooth-cutting can opener, easy to use and clean, attaches to top of can snugly and cuts smoothly. Nice to hold, not too heavy, and the turning knob is comfortable to use. Very quick cutting. We had one for about 10 years, switched to another brand that stopped cutting after 2 years, and we are back to this awesome kitchen aid opener.

Had this can opener for about six months. Got it to replace our old one that was literally falling apart and this one is really good quality for the price. Works as you'd expect. Sharp blade, opens cans smoothly, and feels sturdy. Would purchase again.

There is nothing like going back to the old tried and true can opener I used during my childhood instead of the electric can opener plus this one doesn't take up much cherished counter space. I bought an electric can opener but decided to send it back, even though it was less expensive than this one.
