My Neato still restarts and I have to keep marking that I placed a new battery even months after switching out the battery. The first day after replacing the battery it my machine cleaned for over 45 minutes straight without issues. But this was short lived and its back to only running for a few minutes and then stops. So it is worthless and I no longer use it.

As a last ditch effort I went to the Neato site and ordered batteries from a Neato recommended site.
I bought my Neato in 2013 and for the past 2 years, yes, I even reordered these batteries, before I finally nearly replaced my Neato because it was constantly giving error 002. I was attracted to the 'free' filters but beware, these batteries are 3500 and my Neato only wants 3200. As a last ditch effort I went to the Neato site and ordered batteries from a Neato recommended site...wallah, my Neato worked great again with the correct batteries!

This was a perfect fit for my vacuum! I had read about other brands not fitting the Neato Robotics vac but the filters and the batteries were well worth my purchase. If I find myself in need of any products in the future for my vacuum I will be purchasing them here! The real deal!

Works for short time then error message 0002
I have had trouble with these batteries every since I bought them. Kept getting error 0002 kept resetting the battery worked for short time then started again. Hope my new other brand battery works better.

Better than original batteries
I bought the batteries for my signature pro and I'm pretty happy with the results.The batteries seem to last longer than the original batteries that came my vacuum.
