Light Blue Acrylic Leather Paint 1 oz

If you have ever tried to paint rubber boots for a costume, you may have run into the issues other have. Most paint is not flexible and will peel or crack when you take your first step. My son wanted to dress like Chris from Bravest Warriors for a school dance. This required bright blue boots. After much online research (and a previous lesson learned from spray painting shoes) I came upon the Angelus leather paint. We prepped a pair of black rubber boots by wiping thoroughly with acetone (just used an acetone nail polish remover) and painted two coats of Angelus with a cheap sponge brush. The color was vibrant & clear, even over black. The boots lasted him all night at the dance and really looked great with the costume. The paint scraped away a little where he had scuffed the boot on a wall. (Any shoe would have.) I highly recommend this product for costume & Comicon outfit creations.

My all white shoes had a stand so I decided let’s change it up a bit and this is the finished product and I think it turned out good for being my first time

Perfect for LV vachetta! Handles were stained and uneven and this works perfectly with the Kusama print on the canvas and the liner.

Used painters tape to keep paint off area of shoe I didn't want it on- didn't work. peels off like acrylic.
