BLISSBURY Stomach Sleeper Pillow, Thin Flat Memory Foam Pillow, 2.6 Inch

Really happy with this purchase—I’ve already bought two of these! The cushioning is perfect for me; it's not too thick or too hard, but somehow my neck pain just disappeared. I hate traditional pillows. The thick, fluffy ones always give me a stiff neck, but this pillow completely fixed that. It’s thin and perfect. If I ever want a bit more height, I just fold it in half and that’s all it takes. It supports my weight well and is very breathable. The cover is nice and high quality, and it even comes with great packaging for travel. I do recommend checking it as soon as it arrives, though. Out of the two I bought, one came with a small scratch on the inner cover (not the washable one, but the one covering the foam). It wasn't a big deal for me and I decided to keep it, but I’d recommend checking yours just in case that kind of thing bothers you.

I’m someone that has suffered from headaches for so many years than I can’t remember. And in the last 15 years, I have broken my back a couple of times so that’s added back problems to my agenda. Most mornings of my life, probably 5 out of 7 mornings a week, I’ve awaken with some degree of a headache. This has become my life since it’s been going on forever. I’ll telling you this because you need to know what I’ve been dealing with prior to this review. I am not a stomach sleeper but rather I sleep on my back and sides often switching from one side to the other. I was suggested this type of pillow by a PA in my neurologist’s office. I can’t tell you how many pillows I’ve purchased over the years that were suppose to help from $20 to $160, none of which worked. If you suffer from headaches, you know you will try any medicine or most anything suggested so when the PA mentioned this, i was receptive. Of all the doctors I’ve seen over the years, not one has ever suggested a pillow this small so I was skeptical thinking I was probably tossing away another $40. But where pain is involved, you’ll do almost anything. When this pillow arrived I was concerned because it was rolled so tightly. I did follow the instructions allowing 24 hours (I allowed 32 hours) after opening and before using it. The very first morning after using my pillow I woke up almost alarmed. I didn’t have a headache. Then I thought, maybe this is just going to be one of those 1 or2 days a week that I get lucky and don’t wake with one. Each morning since then, I have continued to find myself surprised. Surprised I don’t have a headache. I can’t tell you how much money I’ve spent on Excedrin Migraine. The doctors kept warning me that I was probably destroying my liver and kidneys but when there is horrible pain involved, you don’t think about what you might be doing by taking too much meds. You only want relief. I can’t promise you this pillow will help you. I can only tell you what it’s done for me. And what it’s done for me is absolutely amazing. Can you imagine waking every morning with a headache and this little $40 pillow has stopped that for me. I’ve saving enough in headache meds to pay for the pillow and I'm getting ready to order another for traveling. I think I’m going to try to cut it in half so it can fit in my suitcase. I’ll let you know if that works. If you are suffering from headaches, I think it’s at least worth $40 to give it a try. I hope it works for you as it’s worked for me.

Awesome. I am a stomach sleeper and this pillow feels great. Just what I needed I got the 2.6" model and it feels perfect.

It took at least three days to air out the pillow to get rid of the chemical odor. Now that I am finally using it, I am pleased. My neck pain is better and I am sleeping better. It doesn’t work miracles but I’m glad I bought it. For those who don’t like the pillow case - I use my own linen pillowcase which works fine.

Out of the box, the pillow looks quite wrinkled which is normal since it comes rolled up. The wrinkles disappeared after a couple of hours. I also didn't notice any foul odor when first opening which meant I could use it immediately. When it comes to comfort, this pillow offers great support as it is firm, yet squishy. It also feels premium. Maybe the most surprising and awesome quirk about this pillow, is that it allows me to rest my arm under it without making my arm go asleep! This means I can use my arm to adjust height for extra support when sleeping sideways or on the stomach if needed. This makes this pillow extremely versatile, as it makes sleeping in any position viable, even side sleeping. I have had amazing sleep with this pillow without having any neck issues. Other than that, this pillow is definitely on the heavy side and not everyone might be a fan of it's firmness. Also, I didn't find this pillow difficult to maneuver as it didn't require constantly making adjustments to it in order get comfortable. I like that it's flexible so you can easily create an "L" shape where you can lay down with your head upright which makes watching TV when laying easier and more comfortable. The only time I found the pillow a bit too firm was sleeping on my back a couple of times. However, this went away quickly and now it feels squishy and comfortable in every position. So do I recommend this pillow? Absolutely! The only exception would be if you really can't stand anything but super soft pillows. From personal experience, I have tried Bluewave 2.25" pillow and that was too soft for me to offer proper support and my head felt like it was sinking in the mattress. I don't have any such issues with this Blissbury pillow though. Considering you will likely be using a pillow every night for years, I think the value here is great. Edit: Since the time of the review, I've also had a chance to use the the 2.2" version and I would not recommend that size. It doesn't offer the same amount of comfort and support and feels like an entirely different pillow. 2.6" is the way to go IMO. Additionally, I've also noticed that the pillow cover that comes with the 2.6" tends to shrink a bit when washing, which makes the pillow fit more snug inside it causing the pillow to be slightly thicker. For this reason, you may want to use a separate pillow cover which can accommodate the full size of the pillow if you don't want the slight added thickness. Personally I use a separate pillow cover for this pillow now for that reason, although some may prefer the slight added thickness.

Overall, the Blissbury Stomach Pillow has been a game-changer for me. If you’re a stomach sleeper struggling with neck or back pain, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try! It's made a noticeable difference in my sleep routine.

There is nothing wrong with the quality and feel of this pillow, in my opinion anyway. It is soft enough to be comfortable while being supportive like memory foam should be. The cover material is nice. However the loft doesn't seem to match up to the measurements given. I ordered the 3.3 version and it is no thicker than the 2.75 inch pillow I already had. In fact I'm not sure it is even that thick. I also tried the 2.6 version and that one is more like 2" maybe 2.2 at most. So if you are able to figure out which one works for you despite this inaccuracy then it might be fine, however I removed a couple stars due to this issue, as it is obviously misleading, and the price. I feel the price is a bit high as you can get similar pillows for cheaper, and they don't have these inaccuracies in loft.

pillow is pretty comfortable for me. stomach sleeper a vast majority of the time.

If this pillow disappeared tomorrow, I’d need to file a missing persons report. That’s how deep this bond goes. I travel with it, I sleep with it, it never leaves my sight. I have chronic pain and have tried every pillow shape, height, and gimmick out there — nothing comes close. This 2.6” slice of memory foam heaven is the perfect height. No neck crick, no waking up sore, just blissful, aligned sleep. I loved it so much I started using a second one between my knees, but now my kids (8 years and toddler) keep stealing it because apparently good sleep runs in the family. The removable cover washes easily, it doesn’t flatten, and it somehow feels supportive and soft at the same time. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny to never wrestle with a lumpy pillow again. Honestly, my only regret is not buying a stack of them sooner. This and my beat-up old heat pack are the two objects keeping me alive and functional. If you value your neck, your sleep, and your sanity, just buy it. And maybe hide it from your family.

It's super good, super soft, super comfortable! It helps ease my back and neck pain every time I wake up. A must buy! :)

Endlich habe ich meine Kissen gefunden. Natürlich muss man dazu sagen dass ich mag wenn ein Kopfkissen dün/ flach ist. Ich bin ein Rückenschläfer und mir passt genau. 👍
