I never write reviews. This is delicious, the real deal and incredible value for money! The only downside is that it is so delicious that I have finished a whole jar in a day. I have now ordered my second stash.

I decided to buy this product after M&S Foodhall stopped providing pickled ginger in most of their pre-prepared sushi range. I was shocked out how low the price was, and wondered whether the quality of the product would be poor. I needn't have worried though, the pickled ginger in these jars is perfect tasting with a lovely crunch. I will most certainly be buying this product again!

I got the sushi ginger because it is a better cut for sushi. Nice and thin, as opposed to chunky, like conventional jarred ginger. I haven't yet tried it with sushi. But I have used it. It's full of flavour with the perfect ginger bite. Perfect for any recipe that you wish to use ginger in, as well as sushi.

This is delicious pickled ginger - I would highly recommend the product and have bought it about five or six times over the last year. Be aware though - the listing has previously been for four jars in a box at around £6/£7, although it was heavily discounted to about £2/£3 for four jars towards the end of 2024 (a brilliant bargain!). It is now £2.30 for one jar (Jan 2025). The listing is still the same though so if you click "Buy Again", just be aware that you are only buying one jar.

So yummy! Surprisingly sweet, light gingery moorish taste. I went through a jar in a day as got addictive. I have it in salads, on a side of a dish and erm whenever I open the fridge. Lovely! Will have to slow down as only noticed the carb and sugar content today. I have tried the sugar free version but I prefer the taste of this. Plus the fact there’s literally sugar, vinegar, salt and ginger for ingredients. I just need bigger jars

I love picked ginger and was a bit dubious about buying food over amazon but I decided to give it a try. This 4 packs is great value for money as it is a lot more expensive in store. It tastes delicious obviously, pickled ginger goes with everything. I would recommend a couple of slices in a tuna mayo sandwich.

Fantastic taste for sushi on every bits

Good product with a good price for a pack of four (less than £2.50 all in). I can confirm it is indeed four jars with a reasonable expiry date. The ginger goes with many foods, not just sushi. It has a nice flavour profile and texture. Great to have in the cupboard as a staple alongside other Asian ingredients.
