Why does the Taupe have a different weight capacity?

The Taupe has a weight capacity of 600 lbs too.

Is it adjustable for smaller hammocks?

Hi Carolyn,I purchased two of these last summer for full sized hattaras hammocks. These stands are substantial and will support a lot of weight. The stands are not adjustable. However, my hammocks have a chain at each end and I can put different links of chain on the hammock stand hooks and that adjusts the tension of the hammock and the amount of sag I get when someone lies down in it. They are very nice and substantial stands.

Can I use a double Brazillian hammock with this stand

Are hanging chains included?

hanging chains are not included with the stand. Hanging chains should be part of the hammock if it is a Pawleys Island hammock.
