This soap is very useful for helping if you have a sore or itchy scalp or dandruff etc. In winter sometimes my skin can get too dry & my thumb was sore at the side of the nail , I gave my hands a good wash & concentrated the foam on the sore spot & next day it was fine. If you do a lot of bare handed gardening, this soap is a must . Plus it lasts a very long time. I love the earthy / woody scent of it . Well worth the money.

I really like to use Aleppo soap, and this one is a nice sized bar for the shower. I know some people would prefer a strong, artificial perfume, but I love that I just smell clean and don't have to concern myself with harsh chemicals harming my skin.

Love these soups and won’t use any other. They do have a slightly unpleasant smell but you get used to it and they leave my skin feeling great. Made with natural ingredients and they last ages.

Plain smells but I’m used to that because my grandma had similar. Not for my hair definitely .

Stumble upon Aleppo soap in Amazon and was worried about how the scent will be. Turn out it was amazing deep woody fragrance. I love it so much! If you like the aroma of incense like sandalwood, you will like this. Read other reviews about using on hair. I was patient to rub on enough lather on my hair and it doesn’t take long. After washing off with just water without using any conditioner, it wasn’t as ‘dry’ as I expected which I usually get from conventional shampoo. After my hair is dry, it wasn’t frizzy at all like I always have, even after the next day after I woke up. I love smelling my hair now. 😂 While using on skin, I don’t feel the dryness so its great! I want to cut down using many bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bottles body gel, cleanser for face, etc. This is great as one product for all !! Apparently it is great for removing make up too though I don’t use make up. The sisal bag for soap is just the right size to put the whole soap in so saving me to cut it. It has a certificate too for genuine product. One happy customer for Aleppa soap.

Looks like an EU import?! No ingredient list, no manufacturing nor best before dates… Is it OK for Amazon UK to sell products that do not comply with UK labelling requirements?! Smells unpleasant, especially when comparing with 50% laurel oil genuine Aleppo soap made in Syria that we have used.

Auf dem Verpackungsetikett steht tatsächlich, diese Seife enthielte Ätznatron (Sodium Hydroxid). Wenn das so wäre, könnte sich niemand damit ohne Verletzung waschen. Was da verwendet wird- und das schon seit der Erfindung dieser Seife vor mindestens 3000 Jahren-, nennt man Natriumcarbonat. Das Zeug kann man zB. auch beim Kochen dem Gemüse zugeben, damit es dessen Inhaltsstoffe und das frische Aussehen schont. Vielen bekannt als Kaiser-Natron oder Bullrich-Salz. Ein recht vielseitiges Mittel. Auch beschweren sich manche, es wäre nicht deklariert, wieviel Anteil Lorbeeröl die Seife enthielte, obwohl sie bemerkt haben, daß auf dem Etikett 40% draufsteht. Merkwürdig. Jedenfalls ist die mir gelieferte Seife einwandfrei und ich kaufe sie auch schon seit ein paar Jahren. Was anderes kommt mir auch nicht mehr ins Bad. Der milde, angenehm cremige Schaum ist gut für die Haut, die Haare und die Rasur. Ich hatte eine schrundlige Haut am Ellenbogen- Seife nass gemacht, zwei Tage lang morgens und abends die Stelle damit eingerieben, wie mit einer Salbe und draufgelassen. Die Haut ist wie neu. Hartnäckig verschmutzte Arbeitshemdkragen, oder Flecken mit der nassen Seife vor der Wäsche eingerieben, werden wieder richtig sauber. Wenn man der Historie der Seife glauben kann, wurde sie zuerst tatsächlich für medizinische Zwecke benutzt, bevor man merkte, daß man sich auch damit waschen kann. Seinerzeit im Zweistromland. Ich kann diese Seife nur empfehlen. Auch deshalb, weil sie die Gewässer und die Lebewesen darin schont, da sie keinen Mist enthält, sondern nur Olivenöl, Lorbeeröl, Wasser und Natriumcarbonat. Alles prinzipiell essbar. Wenngleich ich nicht in die Seife beißen möchte. Aber man kann auch Zahnersatzteile mit der Zahnbürste damit reinigen. Und sogar mein Scheibenwischer hat das Quietschen jetzt schon seit ein paar Wochen sein gelassen, nach dem ich sie mit der Seife gereinigt und etwas davon angerieben hab - feucht das Stück am Wischer entlang ziehen. Alles in Allem eine sehr gute und vielseitige Sache und seit Jahrtausenden bewährt.

Inoltre durano veramente tanto anche se utilizzate per la doccia se si ha l'accortezza di tenerle sopra un supporto che le mantiene asciutte tra un utilizzo e l'altro. La percentuale di olio di alloro piu' elevata e' piu' aumenta l'efficacia. Questo mi sembra un buon compromesso tra efficacia e prezzo.

Este jabón lo compré por casualidad al tener mi esposo y mi sobrina problemas con la piel, ahora lo usamos todos y es estupendo, antes de comprarlo la primera vez leí comentarios de gente que no le gustaba su olor, a nosotros ni nos molesta y los beneficios que ofrece son espectaculares

Hele fijne zeep, ik vind het beter dat er geen onnodige troep aan is toegevoegd. Het heeft een milde lekkere geur. Je huid voelt echt super schoon aan na gebruik. Wel even een hydraterende lotion smeren na gebruik om uitdroging te voorkomen. Deze zeep is echt een aanrader en is mijn nieuwe favoriet.
