BowFlex SelectTech 840 Adjustable Kettlebell

Outstanding! We love this device. Makes working out easy, but with great results. 6 weeks in and both my wife and I love it. 2x daily workouts for each of us without leaving the bedroom! The adjustable weight function is a great idea. Solid construction. The weights hold on well. We had to leave the house for a week to watch grandchildren out of state and took it with us to maintain our work out schedule. We both feel a stronger core, glutes and thighs, as well as biceps - I’m seeing definition I have not seen in years. Don’t hesitate to- get this and get off your butt and start getting a life back. This will remove your excuses: affordable, no gym membership or “staring at you” at the gym, and one device that is itself a full set of kettlebells. We are 70+ and love this.

This adjustable kettlebell has been one of the best things I've added to my home gym. The weight changes happen quickly and smoothly, and each setting feels stable with no wobbling or moving. The handle is easy to hold and has enough room for exercises that can be done with one or two hands. It takes up a lot less space than having a lot of kettlebells, but it still feels just as strong when you swing, row, squat, or press. Perfect small space workout. You can get a pretty conplete workout from a single kettlebell and over gove uo a single square foot of storage. Plenty of workout guides online. Recommended

Adjusting the weight is the best. Put weight in, rotate dial as it smoothly clicks at each position, pull weight out. I can't imagine it be be done any faster, and it has a high quality solid feel when doing it. The rest of it is also high quality.

Great item, very versatile, but weight sizes are very unique and I feel don't follow any standard. Also because of the nature of the adjustable kettlebell the size and shape CAN be awkward but it is over all the best option I found and will buy again if I ever need...
