This product is great and I could definitely recommend it to anyone. Well, almost anyone. I used those heel grips in my combat boots. I got them and realised they were too big too late and I've already spent so much I couldn't just trash the shoes. I've spent too long saving up for them! I've tried a lot of things to stop blisters from appearing. First thing was a felt sole insert. However the problem with this was that my toes ended up with too little space in the cap of the shoe. Afterward I tried one of those leather heel grips that just go around your heel. Worst purchase ever. The sudden sharp ends of the stick on grip would dig into my heels creating a giant blister anyways. The amount of plasters I was going through was ridiculous. Every day I wanted to wear those shoes I'd have to put a big plaster over my heel and underneath my ankle. They were 60-something p, but you can imagine that all of that adds up when you use up 4 plasters of a 5-pack daily. I'd go through 4 packs a week. So I bought those a few days ago. Costed me twice as much as the leather ones, but, I have 4 pairs instead of 1. Yesterday was the first time I have wore those grips without any sort of plasters. And finally waking in my boots was a bliss. They don't have any sharp edges that could dig into your feet, they make the size of the shoe smaller by about half the size (in my case fron 5.5 to 5) and slightly raise your heel. Now this is important, yes, those grips will raise your heel. To me that was ideal as it prevented my ankles from getting hurt from the constant friction and leather digging straight into them, but left my toes with enough space at the cap. This won't be ideal for everyone. They are comfortable but they do get worked in pretty fast at the bottom of your heel. They however still provide some cushioning, but to me it doesn't matter too much since that's not why I bought them. Applying them to the boots was a challenge but I realised that after walking in them, the bottom part has shifted into the correct position and stayed there. The disadvantage to those, specifically in boots, is that they roll down when you put your foot in the shoe. However I'm sure it's nothing a shoehorn can't fix. Other than that, I can definitely recommend those to everyone who doesn't mind the raised heel. They have definitely saved me a lot of money.

A comfortable and easy to use product that does exactly what you want it to do. Initial impressions where that the pads were more substantial than I expected. They are easy to install with no need for instructions. Once placed within the desired shoe they remained firmly in place and provided the comfort desired. The price makes these an easy recommend and I would happily purchase these again without any hesitation.

I'm glad I did buy theses. They worked for me. I have a pair of boots and one of the back heel supports had bent in. So, every time I wore them, the bent in part of the support rubbed against the back of my heel, causing great discomfort. These are a broken in pair of Dr Ms, so I was upset for not being able to wear them. When I saw these grips, the amount for the price was just below the average and the back grip support was straight rather than the butterfly design of many I had seen on Amazon, which I preferred. Of course, the base is designed for slim sole shoes, but my idea was that I could cut across the thin connection between sole and heel and use either to put across the inside of the boot to stop the rubbing. I am glad to say it has worked. I've been wearing my boots every day for over a week, and have had no problems - the grip has stayed in place and the cushioning is still doing its job. When it stops doing its job, I have enough to get through to replace. I am very happy to recommend these because they have done what I needed them for.

The seller was good, they even emailed me asking whether it arrived and other things. Which is nice however useless. So honestly I hated these grips, even though they feel good quality. I tried them out on numerous shoes and found that they all have the same problem. The grip part that goes under the heel of the foot makes the insides of the shoe higher. Therefore less space for the foot to stay in the shoe. Then the side grip.. well let’s face it there is no grip. My food slides out of the shoe even worse when I tried these grips. Heels, flats, wedges you name it, I tried to stick these creations in everything and anything. They r uncomfortable and a horrible product. There is a lot of great reviews so obviously it works for most people, but I will be throwing out the rest of the pads.

I used these for a pair of new wedges I just purchased and unfortunately the backs of my feet kept slipping out, disappointed I thought I'd have to send them back but I saw these and thought I'd give them a go. I can say I am very happy I did! they are extremely comfortable and sticky, which is also a little issue in my opinion as your trying to measure them up I'm the shoe and there sticking to everything but it's not enough to say don't buy these I would 100% recommend these. In my case I did need the ball feet ones as well but that's honestly because I have small (size 5) narrow feet. Having both in they are a little tight were you can notice it, for me my left foot but it's not uncomfortable if I'm honest if anything my feet just feel snug and secure and they don't come out which is what I wanted a plus there re-useable. Haven't tried them in heels yet but I know they'll be more comfortable to wear! 😂

Good adhesion. The design means that the piece in the heel doesn’t peel off, as is often the case with heel grips. The section that sticks to the base of the shoe is not too thick and so it is comfortable. Easy to apply. Really pleased I took a risk and bought this product when I had not used anything similar before! I am between shoe sizes so usually size up and apply heel grips, so have tried various ones over the years. These are the most effective ones I have tried.

Bought this item to stop my shoes from slipping off at the heel. However, due to the way, the product is made, the shoe is now too tight across the foot as it not only has a heel back cushion but also under heel cushion which means your shoes will be smaller. The company does not accept returns, although the product does not do what it was meant to and is unused as I did not take off the backing, just slipped it into my shoe. Extremely disappointed with this expensive purchase. Would only advise customers to buy if their shoes are one size too big.

Bought as have a pair of shoes which slip as a bit big. Have tried other heel grips but didn't work. These are perfect and do the trick. Comfortable and soft and can keep shoes on perfectly. 4 prs in pack.

Hat mir leider nicht so gut gefallen. Es klebt sehr gut, leider hat es wenig gebracht. Rutsche trotzdem von ein paar Schuhe raus die leider mir eine Nummer zu Groß sind

These cushions are a great idea for shoes that are too big or slip up and down on heels. The extra heel cushion is a great addition. My only problem is that they do not stick well in my leather shoes. I used double sided tape for enforcement and hope this will be successful.
