Does exactly as described. No condensation and keeps beverages very cold.. Went thru dishwasher fine too.

If you want bragging rights, these are the sets to get. If you MUST have the temperature barrier, these are also for you. Otherwise, they are not as practical as most glasses. I happen to love them. This review is for the 20-oz glasses, both in WAVE style and also straight style wall glasses (both). I will do reviews on all of the other, larger glasses as well, with pictures. Shown is 1 Wave-glass wall, next to a straight glass wall, both are 20-oz, with 6 standard "crescent" ice cubes inside the wave-glass, and the other glass is empty. Perhaps you can JUST make out the waves in the glass that is holding the soda. Clearly this 20-oz size is too large for a 12-oz beverage, even with 6 ice cubes, and this is not the size for small beverages. I chose 12-oz of liquid on purpose. Note that the vacuum-chamber double-wall construction may require far less ice cubes depending on your situation. Many have said that the primary reason for choosing this style is the temperature barrier, without a doubt. Both 20-oz styles are really wonderful to look at and feel great in the hand. The story behind the Borosilicate Glass, and the vacuum chamber between the panes makes this a great story while enjoying a beverage with someone. I have heard that ice-dispensers could crack the inner wall, but I filled 2 of the 20-oz glasses with my crescent-cubes dispenser from the fridge door (not small cubes), and had no issues. These are sturdy, and have a pleasant weight to them, but are still FINE glassware, not for children or clumsy people. I find them very sturdy, but still would not toss in a sink, nor stack in a full sink, and I would treat like a nice wine-glass. Part of my job is serving occasional beverages in the office, and sometimes (fine dining) public restaurant dinner functions with my boss and small teams. I fully admit that the straight-wall version of the 20-oz glass does seem in many ways like a flower vase. Remarkably so. But if you want the large size, this will be your new go-to glass. I prefer the wave-wall version, no question, so does my fiancée. The wave-wall versions (only available in wave, in the 2 larger size glasses) feel much better in the hand - these glasses are just a bit larger than normal glasses in their size class of course. The waves make them easier to hold, even though I have XL hands. This whole set was a gift by the way (all 7 styles, 14 in total), and when my fiancée saw them, my son was at serious risk of NOT getting the glasses at all. Not kidding. I hope she still feels this strongly about me, as she was about these glasses. Some said that the LIP is too sturdy, and may not be easy to drink from, I'm not sure what they mean. Fiancée is 5' 4", small hands, and was going to fight someone (me) to get the large version of this set, 20-oz. If you give these as a gift, do NOT let your fiancée/wife see them, or you will be buying more than what you planned for. And your original gift may be delayed until replacements come. I am not putting these in the dishwasher, and no idea how we could break these sturdy things, except for an accident of course. If one ever breaks, I will absolutely replace it. Nice and big for summer fruit & Vegetable drinks. Doesn't sweat. Thought at first it was plastic, but no it's glass. I love them so far!!

These glasses are amazing. I just wish there was an option to not have an insulated bottom. Twice now, using the refrigerator ice dispenser, has popped the insulated bottom. It definitely takes you by surprise. Just ordered another set to replace the two that broke. I like them that much. Also, that was over the course of over a year.

I own ~ 8 of these double wall glasses, purchased from 2024-3/25. I recently pulled one of the more recent ones, bought 3/25, out of the dishwasher, to find water had leaked inside it. It had a small crack, in the bottom interior of the glass. The only way I know of that this could happen is when I dispense the small crescent shaped ice cubes, out of my freezer door. I went to the Sunstea site, and filled out their warranty form-place of purchase, date, order #, upload a photo, etc. The instructions said I should receive a email confirmation within 30 minutes, I should email them. I waited a full day, then sent the email. I waited another full day, and nothing. It’s frustration to waste value time, on a $12 glass, that shouldn’t break from adding ice to it. This seems to be a common ploy, by sketchy companies, who run customers around in circles over warranty claims, until they finally just give up, after they’ve been deceived into wasting valuable time. I estimate that over 3.5 months, since I bought this particular glass, it’s probably been used 12-15 times, since I’m the only one in our household that uses them. They work great, if you can afford to buy $12 drinking glasses that are disposable if you use ice.

I bought this set 3 years ago and I’m only now reviewing them because I dropped one and the internal lip cracked so it was no longer usable. Understand ONLY the lip cracked despite the glass hitting the tile at a drop from about 4 feet. These glasses are insanely sturdy! It’s why I refuse to buy double walled glassware from any other brand save one other (Joy Jolt). They stay absolutely cold for hours if you put a drink in there with ice. Even the small cubed ice that comes out of my GE Opal melts very slowly inside these glasses. If you know how quickly nugget ice melts you’ll understand that’s a feat in itself! They are a bit pricey & I’ve never seen them on sale yet I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them as they are worth the price. Even my brother complimented them for keeping his drink cold when he was over. In terms of size I have an easy time holding them despite having small hands and a constant tremor. I place them in the dishwasher on the bottom shelf and they’ve never had water enter the middle wall area even after 3 years of repeated washing. The only demerit I can think of is that they are rather tall and can’t be stacked in my cupboards as a result. The lip is also a bit large, but I generally drink out of glass straws so it’s been a non issue. I even ended up getting the next size down for my matcha and iced coffees! If you’re hesitant don’t be because they are absolutely worth the price! These would also make great gifts for housewarming etc. On this next purchase to replace the one I broke I’ll be getting 2 because I hated only having one available after I broke the other!

I love these glasses. They keep things very cold and don’t sweat. That saves my wood furniture from being damaged by my grandkids.

Yes keeps drinks cold, nice clear glass but seem more like vases than glasses. Small hands hard to hold.

1/31/25 Update I have been buying these glasses for years. It takes a lot to break one. They are among the most solid glass glasses we have owned. It doesn't mean they can't be shattered. When they drop from a height onto ceramic floors, there is a 75% chance they will shatter and a 25% chance they actually won't which is quite remarkable. Anyway, my husband broke one recently with a long spoon. We all love these glasses though so there was no question we would replace it. They are workhorses in our house. They are our go to glasses for a cup of hot tea with cardamom, a glass of ice tea, chocolate milk, just about anything. The hot stuff stays hot longer, the cool stuff stays cool longer, there is no sweating around the glass so you can put them down anywhere without it leaving a stain, they are so big that they match most tumblers in size except those new McMansion ones. I really can't say enough positive things about these glasses. When I use anything else, I feel like I'm missing something. 10/14/2023 Update I think it has been several years since I wrote my last review and I don't believe we have broken a single glass and we still love them. They are perfect for hot and cold drinks and can easily hold a full can of soda with ice. I still appreciate that they don't sweat when left on a wood surface like regular glasses do and they keep everything hot or cold longer. They are the best double-walled glasses I have owned and I purchase many different ones because I like them so much. Original Review: I've been buying these for years. We love that they hold a lot, don't sweat so you can comfortably put them down on any surface, keep beverages cold for much longer than regular single-walled glasses. These are heavy and I usually like light, but somehow we all like these a lot anyway. They are the perfect size for breakfast smoothies or tall glasses of water after a long walk in the sun. They're also great for ice tea. I've broken many other double-walled glasses in the dishwasher, but I've never once broken these. They've only broken with high falls onto our ceramic tile floor. My daughter is leaving for university this year and on her "must have" list are several of these glasses. They should be on your list as well.

Bought 6 of these glasses to replace the random variety of beer glasses we had. These glasses do a fantastic job. The glass is nice and thick and has a good weight to it. Feels like it won't break if you accidentally whack it against something or hit it. The double wall was a must for me. Keeps my beer cold longer so I don't have to pound it back, and I can take my time to enjoy it. Also no condensation or moisture on the glass when it's holding cold liquids in warm air temperatures. Highly recommend.

The only thing I don’t like about them is that they do look like more like vases versus glasses. But I plan to put some Cricut decals on them.
