Perfect to Keep in Your Automobile
I bought this adapter set to complement my old 86 piece Craftsman mechanics set in my Jeep. There are times when it is just more convenient to use a the 3/8" socket wrench and your 1/4" socket wrench with 3/8" sockets at the same time or when you are working with a buddy and you have mismatch wrenches. You will definitely be a hero of the day.I used other adapter sets in the past but this one "fits like a glove". I know everyone says that everything supposed to universal. However, I am a firm believer that you have less issues when you use the same brand of products with the same brand accessories.This was the fact with this case. I am very satisfied with this product.Craftsman is best quality for the price. If you are one the really lucky ones that still own the "OG Craftsman" hand tool products built in the US, they will last you a lifetime. The fit and finish of those tools are bar none for everyday use.

spares are always needed
why do the 10mm socket, 1/2" socket and 3/8" to 1/4" socket adapter seem to walk away from everyone's tool box? and where do they go? on a date with the socks from the dryer??i had a couple missing and it was cheaper to buy this set than buy the 2 i needed. and you can't go wrong with Craftsman. unfortunately, their warranty is if you BREAK one they will replace it, not if you LOSE one.

Nice package to find harder to find socket adapters
I actually bought this because I needed a specific size that was included in this set and after searching I couldn't find it to buy alone. It's nice having extra of the others since you never know when you may need them. I've been happy with most Craftsman products in regard to tools and have had poor experiences with inferior brands in the past and no one wants to have your tool snap when you are right in the middle of using it.

Craftsman is still decent
Not old craftsman quality, but still pretty decent quality, I think they will hold up well.

Gets it done
No issues with these, seem about as sturdy as most other brands I've ever used. If I was nuts I'd buy snap on over these but this gets it done. If you're going over 2000' lbs I recommend going to a true professional brand.
