I think these are good for its price!!! Definitely would do your research on BFR bands before trying them on. Iā€™m still learning how to put them on without it being super tight and without the black buckle piece pressing into my legs during certain workouts. One thing about these bands is they keep folding when I put them on today I figured that it needed to be wrapped around twice, but Iā€™m guessing my thighs are to big for it to reach the buckle for the second loop.
