**Q: Why does each container say 5-7 net carbs per pint on the front but on the back, it says 4 times that much?**
A: For the Butter Pecan, the serving size is 2 net carbs per serving.  10 carbs minus 2g fiber = 8 carbs minus 6 sugar alcohol = 2 NET carbs per 1/2 cup serving.  The WHOLE container is just 8 NET carbs.

A: I've tried them all and so has my family. The Mint Chip makes EVERYONE happy-even the young ones and those who prefer sugar in their ice cream. My favorite flavors are Salted Caramel, Mint Chip and Peanut Butter Fudge. The bits of chocolate are delicious and enough to balance the other flavors. The Vanilla is so good, it's my go-to Vanilla ice cream for any occasion. I loved the strawberry and had a scoop of that on fresh berries and it was sublime. The Butter Pecan was okay, but not amazing and I've never bought it again (I usually like butter pecan too). I'm not a big chocolate or fudge person, but the triple chocolate was a huge hit with some friends who do love it. Hope that helps.

**Q: I ate once and gained 2 lbs the next day. i thought fluke. ate again, almost instantly had 0 keytones registering. is this just me? sad.**
A: 1 pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. There is NO way possible your weight gain is from this. It’s probably water weight, needing to go to the bathroom, or other foods. It’s certainly not from this. Also, you are not going to gain 2 pounds of “fat” overnight.

Tried the Rebel Creamery "The Maverick" case of 8 pints of low carb ice cream. Took a spoon of each to taste them. Left them out for 15 minutes before eating them (as recommended), but I found them even more creamy and better at 30 minutes.. Overall, some were more creamy than others. The ones that were the creamiest were what you might imagine to be a semi-frozen cheesecake consistency. Not bad, but a little different. Others never really got creamy and came out in sort of flakes. They tasted good, but the consistency was not there. Those flavors might have needed a little microwave assistance. (UPDATE: 30 seconds in the microwave is the SECRET! All were fine after that.) The results: Cookies & Cream - super. Great taste. Small chocolate chunks. Salted Caramel - Creamy and good. Maybe a little lighter in caramel than some may want. Black Raspberry - awesome. Robust flavor. Close to regular. Triple Chocolate - I'm a chocolate fan and this was great. Not as creamy as the most creamy flavor but not as flaky as some. Cherry Chip - very good and creamy. The cherry flavor is a bit tart. Coconut Almond Swirl - creamy and good. My wife said it tasted like a mounds bar. (I say, almost). Peanut Butter Fudge -- the one was somewhat flaky and was pretty light in taste. I love PB & Chocolate and I think the Halo Top version is better. Vanilla - The one that needed to be perfect without additional flavors ended up being the most flaky consistency. All tasted good, though. And at 2 net carbs per serving (quarter of a pint), how can you go wrong?
