### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mira is a wonderful voice in the world of Ayurveda

I absolutely love this book! Mira has written about Ayurveda in a way that makes it so accessible and easy to understand. I love the way the book is divided into rituals based around the different periods of the day, it makes it very easy to incorporate the rituals into your daily routine. The book is written in a beautiful, down to earth voice. Mira opens herself up to the reader and her vulnerablilty makes her relatable and warm. I love the details about Indian culture, the Spotify playlists and recipes. I highly recommend this book! It makes you want to slow down, be mindful, appreciate the beauty around you every day, make a cup of Chai and take care of yourself.
